I hold clinics at two sites in the City of London and also in Harley street as part of Health and Fitness Solutions and MedTel. The clinics are aimed at a variety of people, reflecting my diverse educational background and professional experience.

Initial consultation

In this hour we go through you Client Health Questionnaire and food diaries and talk about your present and past health levels, goals, current diet, eating habits and lifestyle, paying careful attention to stress levels, time pressure etc.

We then discuss the package we can put together that would most suit you.

Don't worry about having to scribble down notes or remember all we talk about as I will send you an individually tailored pack including the notes from the consultations, example daily menus, tips sheet, diet building tools as well as a cook book, time saving tips and nutrition information sheets.

Added to this you will also get email support from me so we can iron out any wrinkles.

Follow-up consultations

These typically last thirty minutes to one hour. In these we can go over other specific questions or issues, check progress and re-tailor the plan as factors change as you move towards your goals. It is always my aim to get clients to their goals and beyond as efficiently as possible with the minimum of follow-ups and fuss, giving them information and tools that are good for a lifetime.
