Online Consulting
I
realise that geography and work or a combination of the two may make
face-to-face clinic type consultation difficult. For this reason I offer
a range of packages to suit your needs. These programs are based on
the same principles as the normal one-to-one appointments. Having clients
from around the globe I am also skilled and experienced in working with
clients over the phone and internet.
Examples of what I offer include:
One-off nutrition package
Based on a detailed questionnaire and a phone consultation I provide
you with a week's worth of diet sheets, a detailed overview of what
my recommendations are and why I have given them as well as a tips sheet
and other information. The package is designed in such a way so that
you are not left in the dark at the end of the week but have the basis
for healthy dietary habits for years to come. The package includes a
week of support via phone or email.
This
is great for someone looking to loose some body fat, start a new training
phase or just get a handle on their dietary habits.
One-off
nutrition and training package
The same as above but with two sample gym/training routines that you
can swap between. These are based on your experience, goals and lifestyle.
The advantages of two routines (as apposed to just one) include more
varied training, injury avoidance and allowing for different goals.

week intensive nutrition package
Again this is based upon a questionnaire and phone consultation with
periodic re-evaluations along the way, also by phone (or mail if you
choose).
I
find 8 weeks is the minimum duration for this type of longer term work
(12 weeks is actually more ideal) as diet exerts a powerful effect on
health, performance and body composition, but one that, in many instances,
is relatively slow. Shorter duration packages are available though,
please contact me more for more details.

Week intensive nutrition and training package
As above but with tailored training advice for body shaping, athletic
performance etc. These plans usually include periodisation – the
changing of training structure to achieve the best possible results
but are based on health status, goals, experience etc.
Training
can also be sports specific; I have worked with a variety of sports
men and women as well as martial artists as well as training myself
in a variety of different sports and martial arts.
